I'm also a builder. Across my career, I've created things that did not exist before: new departments, new revenue streams, national programs, grassroots initiatives, and frameworks that help practitioners make sense of change.
Professionally, my path has moved through the Federal Reserve System, national associations, nonprofit leadership, international research, and grassroots community work. I care most about building institutions and ideas that help communities act before change happens to them.
